When I run the game i get the sound but no picture, just my desktop and a gray box in the middle of it, any ideas on what to do??

Do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card? Do you have DirectX 9.0b/c? Have you set up your hardware from within DS (red setup button)?

I think i also had this for a small period.... press ALT+Tab and see if the program is in the list, if so select it and see if the game comes back to the front.
dont know why but that fixes it
