binks, hes talking about the last time beta was open, they had a deal goin that if you played at least 2hr's of beta they would give you a coupon for 2 free weeks of game play. and i guess he didnt get it/lost it and he is wondering if there is a way to get it back

Actualy I have the same problem. DS sends me a lot of mail lately because of all the recruit requests, so when I delete everything that comes from DS I might have accidentally deleted the coupon. So if there is a way to restore this, I'd like it very much if I could get my 2 week coupon.

More or less: No.
We have a record of the coupons created, and thus can see that not all of them were redeemed, but the creation isn't tied to a specific account. Thus, we can only tell that a coupon belonged to someone after they redeem it.
Also, your beta account doesn't show a large amount of time played - less time than required for the coupon, in fact.
Because of the logging problem, and the inconsistency in your profile means we can't give you another coupon. There's more or less no way to prove that were given one in the first place, so we can't give you a replacement.
