i only started playing this week after setting up 3-4 weeks ago, i got a paid account so i could get stuck in. but i got a bug, i was in newbie when all of a sudden my credits jumped to $4.5 billion in game, but my profile say -$17 k. I havent bought/sold anything and my negitave is stopping me buying whilst the 4.5 bil has got me up the wall. so if a admin could sort my account id be grateful. thanx

just ask a friendly player with lots of credits to send you the 17k or so to get out of the hole, that will sort things out
and for future reference, dont take componets off your ship and then fly into a gate or use a shipyard, thats a very good way of loosing credits quickly.
also, when you're modding your ship, buy the componets you want, right click on their icon in your cargo, if you have room to install that item, there will be 1 or more icons over your target window (lower right coner), just click one of those icons to install the item
