I have just created a new fleet, and would like to know how long(adv) it takes to show up on the list of fleets.

Depends when an admin checks for new ones, otherwise if you see one just ask nicely and they should be more than willing

Actually we get emailed when they are created, so when the next admin logs in and is not busy with other tasks, they review the fleets list and check to ensure they are a valid fleet request and accept it or delete it if not.
If after one week you dont have a sufficent ammount of memebers your fleet may be culled.
