Have refund coupons been send to everyone or only to subscribed users?
I was talking about with Azure today and he didnt recieve one either, we where both unsubscribed when the coupons where send.
Is it possible to see who didnt get any because i might not have been subscribed but i still had a ship storage and it would be nice to get a refund for it...

Same here... I had a fully modded station along with modded AC, HC, CC, dictor and tranny, but no garage coupon. :/

Might have only been sent to subbed players. You would have to ask an admin to be sure.

When where the free play-time coupons sent ?
I received the garrage refund coupon but not the free-play time for beta testers. I certainly logged a lot more more than the required 2 hours but havent received one. Ive been subbed continously since joining DS
I did have some email issues a couple of weeks ago, lost all my alias, but i had updated by email address in my DS profile.

Hopefully everyone noticed this, as the issue would have seemed to be resolved with this post... yet the replies continue.
If you weren't subscribed at the time of release, you didn't get a coupon. That's how it works. Sorry folks.

Unfortunately, not everyone is happy with Faustus' decision to restrict credits to subscribed players. However, we must keep in mind that only subscribed players are currently contributing to server upkeep and PaleStar operating costs. Therefore Faustus chose to reward those who were currently subscribed. It's his right to do so, although we may not all agree with it at the moment.
I'll leave the topic unlocked for now, but may lock it later depending on how it goes.
