BETA/CLIENT.EXE needs to terminate? |

I keep getting a message saying 'beta/client.exe is using a file that needs to be updated, do you wish to terminate the program?' If I click 'no' it's an endless loop; if I click yes it doesn't terminate anyway and I have to cancel.
Once in a while I will actually make it to the lobby, but when I click play it doesn't load anything, it just shows me a screen saying 'end message' or something. This is from the last update today.
EDIT: I'm in the process of reinstalling/redownloading everything. If it works I'll post it here just in case someone else winds up with this problem.
