Aprox 14 months ago I had the Admiral Rank, Near 2Million Credits and Near 20000 Pres.
Last five days I've bee
Couldn't log in and continue with the Subscription due to the death of my Father. I had to cut spenses down and work more. But now my Life is on track again.
Spending eternal hours to get to the same rank is not something I look forward to.
It's a great game. I love it, is the only game I pay online. But I would surely hurt if I have to let it a side.
I've been told by some mod, that if I have no proof of my old rank, I'm lost...
Now one told me in the past that I should take Screen Prints to keep my record.... record that somehow and someway should be here in the servers... in some backup....
This is a message the people with power in Darkspace which have a heart and are willing to help me.
Ranking Up from Ground zero is not an option, as I'm looking forward to get my next Fleet admiral rank, nothing less....
I have some time to play now, but not that much to get from zero.
....................
My ranking now if from Free trial coupon code I entered while I arranged to pay a 3 months subscription(which is now on hold until, I get a possitive answer).
Sincerely,
Dragon Lord(Leandro)

Well some time back we put in place a culling system to clean our database of old inactive accts. We sent out emails to all that supplied a email address, allowed several months to go by before the accts actually got deleted. Now we made every effort to notify all players that this was going to happen. I do sympathize with your personal life situation, but that is irrelavant. As far as i know your old account was deleted. However, you can send a email to support@palestar.com giveing all details of your old acct especiall ID number if you can. The posability of restoreing from a back up is thier but unlikely.
