If you only have linux on your computer can you play Darkspace? I am curious because I have a friend that only has linux and I was wondering if he could play Darkspace.

This has probably been covered in the past, but I didn't feel like searching for it.

Currently no, there is not LINUX client... Though some people have tried using the WineX emulator (payware for version 3.2 with directX support), and have reported its choppy in game "WHEN" you can get it to work...

It can be done I even got it to run on a Macintosh at one point, but my bigger point would be is that it isn't worth your time to try.

Well if Darkspace is the only thing standing between you and Linux then getting Ds to run under Linux would actually be worth your time
