is there any way to convert the ".mis" files that the game video can be recored to be converted to ".avi"?
Any help would be great, thanks

You can record a video ingame using ALT + M, however you need really fast SCSI disks or a RAID for it.
For "converting" the .mis file into an .avi, well... the .mis file recorded everything that happened around you, so you can i.e. zoom to any object your client saw.
For converting it into a movie... one step forward, screenshot, one step forward, screenshot...
