Hackers? I don't even know but i am hugely annoyed by the same two players who keep appearing as MI/Pirates.
They are also sporting the fleet tags [Moderator] and [Developer] which im sure is sooo legit... (sarcasm)

I'm fairly certain of how this exploit was achieved and am taking steps to rectify it. The players in question have been contacted and will be dealt with.
