The way the planet's shipyards are blockaded needs a greater sensitivity.
Nothing more annoying than a hulled dread being popped by two players who spawn stations on the same planet, especially in dico range with OP PCM.
*POOF* Goes the dread or whatever ship it was.
Higher sensitivity, shorter cooldown?
This is especially annoying considering Mousey has a tonne of modded stations which he can spawn at the attacking forces near a planet.
//
Deports SHOULD NOT repair ships which have started the docking countdown.
On a side note, if you E-jump and log, you have a never-ending jump and you're safe from dying. Trust me, Mousey does it every time! xD

Bomb the shipyard. We can pander to the offensive forces only so much before the game becomes 'larger fleet instantly wins'.
The only reason I could get behind your idea is because they could simply spawn their ships somewhere else and move from there... but if they only have one shipyard it's instantly game over. That's hardly fair.

Why? Is the amount of rep they get in those (at most) thirty seconds REALLY that important? If they're SY hopping all you have to do is shoot them.

This is an exploit. All you have to do to stop it is document the event (video would especially be helpful) and report it. Bam, problem solved.

Take video, screen shots, chat logs. Anything and everything you think can be helpful, record it. Then report it using /report.
