well i log in today and no kluth planets at all .Didn't have any bomber in my garage and not troops to cap a planet i spawn a frigate from gates but only bio bombs as gadget is not enuf to cap a planet also not resc to build plats .What am gona do ?maybe i must wait one faction to finish the map or 5 days to reset .I thot one not capable planet for every faction is a solution for the lack of players to watch sy planets and systems 24 hours

Yes, faction-loyal planet is essential to encourage fleet players to play.

yes i have but the last time my bomber has torps now i need tk with out planet how that can be hapen?

If you don't equip your bomber, then scrap it and have new one.
If you already did, then just wait...
Generally, I believe each faction should have 1 HOME planet that is uncapturable in each map. It will solve many issues that have been discussing in Remove/Nerf certain AI, Fix planet defense or nerf bombs! and this topic.

well the last 2 days icc have the same problem like kluth have before they dont have a planet i see many players to log in and log out and say play with your selfs the already small player base i have the feeling is gona become smaller pls do something i say to icc players to give them a planet and they refuse proud yes. I feel the same when kluth didn't have planet devs do something we make mv a system for builders and not for fighters do something

I see the problem occuring with 3 factions trying to win the cluster.
In a match between 2 factions, lack of planets would immediately mean that there is a clear winner (also justifying a lack of planets for the clearly losing team).
I disagree with putting back non-capturable planets into the scenario MV. Consider the case where one faction (the "winning team") has 99.9% of the planets in the MV within 1 day, and the other two factions have one planet each.
Now, would you like your winning team to spend the next 4 days hawkeye-ing the 0.1% of the unclaimed real estate, especially when no one logs into the non-winning teams? (Along the lines of "why bother, they'd LS you in 10 seconds if I spawn, so why not do the LS-ing yourself?")
The solution? Lets say UGTO don't have any planets, and an additional condition that there are no neutral planets. If I log in, I should get a faction selection choice of UGTO:WKA and either of ICC:WKA and K'Luth:WKA (chosen at random, with permanent effect until end of scenario).
For reference, these are valid faction choices already available in the team selection list ^^,
