Weird one this, reduces sig in my dread (bomber) but it increases in my cruiser (bomber). (kluth)

I have not explored it any further cus cba.

The last time I saw this explained it was that the stealth module moves your sig toward 0, so if your sig is positive it will decrease it but if your sig is negative it will increase it. The reasoning behind it was that cloak needed precisely 0 signature.
