At some point today ICC controlled Delta Pavonis went from completeley maxxed out purposly built planets to ALL structures inf, everything gone on every planet. ALL planets there reduced to 1000 res no pop no structures. I have been playing long enough to know that bombing on any scale can not cause this. Someone please look into this because it is certainly somthing fishy going on as this sytstem was fine earlier today.
I understand ICC has too many numbers and needs to be stopped but behavior that im suspecting here is not the answer.

also, sneaky bastages modmins be nuking your d00dz becuase ugto/icc/kluth dev bias/complaint
or it was unintentional collateral damage.

this is the second occurance of this happening:
As only a few days prior we had the same thing happen only it was not one system but 3: so saying that thinking a mass tranny /bombing or some act of gods unknown did this is silly ! when we all know what happend
If as a player : i somhow managed to do this I would be BANNED for manipulating the game world
their is a quesstion of integrity here !!!
