Very old account questions |

Two questions here.
First off I had another account about 10 years ago, is there any way to get access to it again. I can't remember if I ever put in an email address for that account.
Second, when I look at the profile it shows all the stats but no rank.. so is it even worth playing with that profile again? I've been playing on this profile for a few days now, and already gotten up in rank..

Rank determined when you log in if I recall right. So even though it may say there is no rank. It is possible that you simply need to log into the account in order for it to update to the correct rank. Second, if you didn't validate the email address I believe the server now deletes the accounant after two months of inactivity (someone correct me if I am wrong).

Well, I tried an old email address and I did indeed register it to that email. I can't recall the password for that email account or the darkspace profile though :/
Edit: In fact, the hotmail address I had is gone altogether now.

Submit a support ticket(Using the Submit Ticket button on the left side). There is a chance that you might be able to recover access to your account.
As for the prestige, you will get it all back as soon as you log into the game. For old/inactive accounts the prestige is set to 0 but it will be recalculated upon playing again.
