Nope, you're given 20,000 credits in Beta for testing, so therefore you cannot transfer them to your Release profile.

Your credits in beta are reset to 20,000 every time you transfer your profile, it's so people can test different enhancements before spending money on them.
I'm sure you can see why being able to transfer beta credits to release would be a bad thing.
