So how do you add a pic as your signature
and how do you edit topics. As in how do you bold it, make it small, Italicize it etc..

I don't think you can mess around with topic's fashions. 
And the option to "Show signature" will appear in options menu (Only when you're typing before you submit a post.)

There is something under edit profile, also bold is [b.] and [./b]. And italics has I instead of b same with underline as u for underline,
You have to be a mod to edit topics, it says edit also you edit your own post
As a img you have to do [img.] link here [/img.] minus the dots on all these
