Hey guys, you should all remember me, anyway I am back, however I tried logging on to my account and it wont let me in... its painfulangel incase you haven't already noticed, I just want to know whats happened, I really did enjoy this game, even though there were some bad times there were a lot more of the good times, I hope this can get sorted out so I can go back to destroying lobsters... Also, it may not be that you're account was deleted by an intruder. If you weren't here from right at that beginning (before release) then it is quite possible that you're account was deactivated or even deleted; according to the account policy. Am I right Doran?

Accounts can't be deleted by any users, and if you were here prior to 2003 your account may have been deleted when we used to do 6 month cullings (which stopped after 2003).

The best way to resolve this is to submit a support ticket. Although I can tell you now that logging in via GCQL with the same machine you did before or giving us any info that will allow us to uniquely identify that account as yours will speed the process up immensly.
