I was thinking maybe add interdictor extender plats with like 250 range and take 5 minutes and 5000 rescources to build and also must be within a friendly dico, they can not be daisy chained either. what are you guys's thoughts? OP? good idea?

Probably wouldn't be worth implementing. For the cost in time and resources that small jumpdrive-disabling AOE wouldn't be worth it. The planet could just be approached from a different angle, or the plat could just be fired upon from safely outside it's dictor range. Increasing the range would prevent this issue, but then you run the risk of it being deemed OP.
Being a fan of the good old interdictor ships (they really were fun, I have no idea what's been done to them but it's by no means a replacement), if the plats could be built in deep space alongside commonly seen supply platform placements (and possibly with a larger range) then it might become more viable.
I'd suggest the ability to tow the plats, but it's already been made clear people are going to whine in the same way they did about interdictor ships.
TL;DR:
Not very viable without a range increase or the possibility to be built free-standing. Interdictor ships should never have been broken.

Going to go with no on this one. They are massive collision fields and a source of desync.
