Is it possible to target IE drive,clocking shield,scanner,jump drive,wepons(ex. fusion torpedo...) or anything on enemy ship and when u shot ur target ex. IE Drive u dammage it and u slow enemy down ..??

yes, the ctrl button allows you to aim at a specific place.

If this rlly affects the system that is damaged on the other ship...hehe yeah good luck finding someone that truthfully and willingly helps u test that

There is no way to specifically target gagets on a ship. Only way to damage them is to shot the arc they are on with either direct damage or a weapon with an EMP effect

Targeting components on a ship does nothing except damage armor/hull like normal.

Hull damage on the other hand slightly damages ship systems but doesn't really do much. I think the damage to systems is based off what part of the ship a projectile hits and which component is selected. So shots to the rear with emp or hull damage may cause damage to be more effective on things like engines,rear mounted reactors,JDs,so on so forth while shots to the sides and front will result in more weapon system damage then anything else.
