I suggest that maybe there be a deconstruct feature that can save players prestige when they make a mistake during building a planet.
it would be different from scrapping as scrapping is instant and deconstruction takes half as long as building the structure.

I question the necessity of such a feature, but do not find it morally reprehensible, so sure why not.
