In your opinion, state which weapon is the most impactful for each of the three factions and why.
UGTO:
QST, because they are the driving force that makes EADs not useless at long-mid range. They can drive off a Kluth dread by repeated poundings, are the fastest UGTO weapon sans beams, have great splash for detonation, have awesome range for UGTO, and are what allows UGTO to trade blows with ICC on the approach. It also has an awesome projectile, explosion, and sound effect which makes you feel the power with your blows. Remove QSTs and you remove a lot of UGTO's long and mid range power.
ICC:
Rail Gun, ICC relies moreso on smaller ships as they have a larger selection of said ships and said ships are comparitively better than other faction small ships when attacking Dreads. This is all possible because of a certain non-falloff weapon, the rail gun. While the ion cannon is the the weapon that will slap enemy Dreads hard, the rail is the weapon that will pound them. Nerf rails and the whole faction will be shaken, moreso than say UGTO who use pcannons mainly for close range fire support or Kluth who just see psi cannons as more dps.
Kluth:
Assault Disruptor. What do you expect to see when a Kluth Dread uncloaks behind you? Yes, you do expect the orange explosions of SIs, but you mainly expect the large, yellow beams that are thicker visually when compared with HCLs. They are the weapon that enforces the rule: "Do not use small ships against Kluth". They are the weapon that allows Kluth to start engaging slightly out of HCL range while still outputting max DPS. They are the weapon that enforces Kluth's first strike and large initial alpha damage motos.

UGTO:
flux wave: u fight an equal classes ship (cruiser and below), u almost seem to lose, but then u broke their armor and start to hit hull, time to flux aaand, done:)
other scenario: u fight 3 dreads vs 3 dreads, start to brake hull on one dread, you all 3 flux wave and the enmy ship doesnt have a chance to jump in time.
ICC:
Railgun: begin able to hit an enemy while they cannot hit u, is the best strategic advantage u can have.
luth:
AM torp: being able to pack a hvy puncvh on both armor and hull, they are the reason UGTO pilots almost never use reflective armor anymore, combined with a hvy punch of beams they are sure to deal dmg on any ship, no matter what the set-up for defenses

UGTO - harpex missile, because it has damage, range and is available on support stations.
ICC - gauss gun, "range for the masses". best speed, best range, best ammo, available for most icc ships.
K'Luth - ELF torpedo, because it reduces enemy firepower and increases your own.

This will be from a lobster prospective
UGTO:EMP in general. We lobsters rely on doing large amounts of damage in a short time. If several ships have EMP weapons equipped, they can totally slaughter our DPS by disabling half of our weapons. In a short time. Very effective
ICC: sabot rockets. This weapon is hard-hitting, sometimes it's hard to see in the heat of battle, and I don't usually notice it until hits me.
K'Luth: ELF. Underrated weapon. If you're flying at low speeds, and know how to use it right, the siphon's energy problems can disappear.
EDIT: add Harpex for both human factions. Harpex absolutely obliterates us if they can catch us with it uncloaked.

UGTO: QST. They are fast and begin to add up quickly damage wise
ICC: Sabots. They're very fast and hit hard. the black background of space makes them hard to dodge. (Wish IC was alittle better)
Kluth: Cloak........
