This is it...
We must not let ICC capture our star systems. We have lost R33 and Cincinatti. If we dont stop them. Then Lalande will be theirs. To all people UGTO members. We must have r33 and cincinatti.

Awesome. I guess I have to swap factions if I want to play now, go to scens, or just wait a few days/week. Cant spawn into the Lacerta system, or any other home system. Screen just does nothing.

It took 5 SS and 1 CS to take the systems back....I'm soooo surprised.

Stations are what was most effective for doing it. Would you have preferred to have faced our EAD's? : p
Anyway, at this moment Cincinatti is in our hands again and the enemy holds but a few planets in R33 still.

Pick one.
When going on a capping spree there's very little reason, I find, for UGTO to field anything other than Stations - they're simply strictly superior for that purpose.

Lots of inf + ability to sit in orbit and just tank planet damage = Logical choice.

they do stack.
and because they automatically turn on the instant someone gets damaged, they become awesome in cluttered fleets of 20 ai and 6 stations. you dont need to peel your eyes off and click on people who get damaged, the repair field does it for you.
but its all right, its not like ugto can pull off such an army again. not in the foreseeable future of 6 hours.

The AoE repair fields, if one recalls, were explicitly designed to not be stackable.

Yes. If they're stacking then something is wrong, the whole reason there was no rioting in the streets when they were added was because they were quite clearly stated as being NON stackable.

I'm pretty sure they stack, but there effectiveness is halved.
Thus making the difference between stacking and non stacking irrelevant.
At least that's what was said when they were added.
