Are command dreads classed as normal dreadnoughts or do they have super dread status with increased hull levels?

list fo them is:
K'luth: Siphon & Brood
ICC: Assault Dread & Command Carrier
UGTO: Elite Assault Dread & Command Dread

after fighter movement ai was improved, it was said that further improvements would be made in future patches.
and fighter movement was boosted not too long ago.
as a command ship, the command carrier works well - mining, building, EW systems, WHD carrying potential.
as a carrier ship, the command carrier is found lacking (aka "WEAK") only because fighters are not yet at their ideal/idealised strength.
the ICC M318C CC isnt weak, its just that, currently, fighters are "weak". no offence to the interceptor and bomber fighters.

From my observations it's seems like
K'luth or UGTO moan/QQ about a ship and next patch it/they get some sort of buff / nerd to other factions
ICC moan/QQ about a ship next patch said ship gets a nerf or the entire faction gets a nerf to which the devs reply is it's not a nerf your not playing right end off /locktopic & ban people if the matter is carried on
Thats just my oppion yes the Command carrier is UP I mean UGTO get a 8 fighter dread hell why not give The CC 10-12 fighters some gauss cannons and 3 full arc beams for PD keep ally's it's EW and make it a ship where in a long range stand off or plantery defence you would be quaking in your boots to see? In almost every situation a station is better to get that the CC

in case you didnt notice, agincourt supercarrier (said ship with 8 fighters) has only an array of 8 beams and 1 ECM.
command carrier, with 8 fighters would probably lose its 3 utility beams AND build drones. it will likely be left with 8 beams and 2-3 ECM.
raise that to 10 fighters, and you would have a superdread with the minimum of 4 beams, no ECM and probably have 2 armor less.
10-12 fighters, extremely polarized ship layout. not for sale, dear grand admiral.
command ship role is very different from combat or support ship role. you should sit back, relax and enjoy while delivering vital intelligence and stuff, and rendering services to hurt planets after an invasion.
perhaps, trying to use a double passively-roled ship is too much?
carrier dread is combat-carrier, agincourt is ranged heavy carrier, the 2 icc carrier cruisers are defensive carriers.
brood is midrange command-carrier-combat ship. thats 3 roles in one, but combat ability is weak, favouring high PD instead.
command dread is combat-command-minelayer. 3 roles again, but both minelaying and command roles are weakened due to lack of mining beams and lack of 5-6 mine bays.
command carrier is command-carrier. just 2 roles, and its good at both. and unfortunately, thats it. good carrier, with self-defence platform constructing ability.
seriously, just wait until fighters get christmas presents. the command dread will CRY for a fighter bay retrofitted in its mine bays.
