Okay screwin with some ICC in a Brood. and well i kept hitting V the cloak would cycle in the system bar but it would not go off. sometimes it would not come on. does this happen offten??

That can happen when your client is in complete limbo, and unrecoverable, which can happen if your connection drops a lot of packets.

lags such a lol sometimes.
Sometimes, it likes to troll you SO much, that you think you are flying in the right direction and everything is fine. But after 2 minutes of flying toward a target who has not changed course, BOOM, they on top of you firing and before you react you are already at 5% hull.
