Faustus will be reviewing my code changes this weekend (hopefully), and then pending other other stuff, I can't see why it can't be then. We don't like to patch that often, but I'll ask him if we can make an exception.
To clarify, this is not a free-to-use command. It requires an enhancement to be purchased and used on the ship (it doesn't take up a slot). This gives your ship two name change charges that you may use when you want.
Names obviously have to follow the RoC, any accounts with ships with names found not following it will have their entire garage deleted (all enhancements and ships), as there is no way for us to edit ships that are stored. This is a risk those of you take who want to break the rules - so if you want to lose all your modded ships and enhancements, feel free to break the rules. Otherwise, don't do it.
The name cannot have slashes, asterisks, or any bracket types. Underscores are replaced as spaces, so /shipname "I love you" and /shipname I_love_you are the same.
The charges are not PER account, but PER ship, so you need to use another enhancement on another ship should you wish to change that one. You cannot transfer them to another ship or anything else like that due to how enhancements and ships work.
And that's about it, I think... The price of the enhancement is yet to be announced, but it's set to 2500 in beta right now.

I like this idea... So you can make the ship feel more like "your" ship, not just one you're borrowing from the navy.
