What about this for an idea. I'm not sure if it's been sujested before. But what about Darkspace adventure books. You know the "turn to page 375" if you want to do something books.
You could have a beging where ou say what ship you're going to take and that would decide on your stats and stuff.
"turn to page 146 if you jump to Haven" or "if you jump to the gate to the next system turn to page 12"
What do you guys think?

This kind of thing runs through my head all the time. I should find one of those text-adventure-making things and design an actual DS-themed adventure.
