since iv joined iv heard people talk about a joint strike on the MI as in all factions join up against the MI
It actually seems that it would be really fun to do considering how hard the MI are in there systems

a basic plan could be along the lines of each faction get a system out of the three and we all go through the transfer gate at seperate times so friendly fire will be reduced between facctions

i guess if anyone else sees this and thinks it would be cool and can convince fellow faction members list a proposed date and time

First step would be getting a dev confirmation on exactly which worlds are hard-coded to MI control so as to avoid hitting the ones that would simply autorevolt back to MI.

If I'm not mistaken, the auto-revolting planets are always the last one held by a faction.

I wasn't very pleased when I was being accused of being a cheater when trying to capture one of such planets a couple of times, not even knowing WHY they were reverting.

If there were a way to just prevent those planets from being captured at all, and to give them some sort of outward indicator of being a auto-revolting planet, then this would not even be an issue.

What's the point of cheating to a high rank if you don't even know how to properly fly the damned thing once you get there?

If I'm correct the mi nee one planet in sag - dres kona because if some old ai spawn code which us why Im thinking we don't see pirates in sag anymore (seeing how they dont have a planet) so basically if there's one planet left in Kaus borellis that planet will auto revolt to mi so that the mi can spawn however on the mi home server I don't think this problem will ever occurr as you'll be node spammed to death long before you have have more that a few dozen planets

Auto-revolt planet shd be marked or IDed in their names. Mark them as some kinda bastion planets.

Eg: Eassl Octavius (MI bastion)

Or something to tt effect.

The problem is it's not any specific planet that will auto revolt, it can be any planet in Sag, It's just set so the MI always have at least one planet and if you cap their last planet it auto revolts.

ok back to my intial point. can anybody think of a set time that they want to try this?

actually i really dont care about planet taking on the mi server im more interested in the teamwork needed to do so. it would be kinda epic to see that many players team up on one ai faction lol.and it would be worth talking about to gamer friends who dont play this game

i say two weeks from today so we can make sure everyone we want to be envolved has time to be informed

plus i have one other concern: those ai used for the MI are very very tactically inclined more so it would seem then player fac. ai's they actually waited for us to try and leave their server last night... they gate camped!!!! and not just like a few of them kinda 500-1000gu away they were clustered 200gu from the gate like they all followed the ss just like players do... :0

The same thing still applies, the last planet owned by a faction should be marked clearly as being the last planet, and to be impossible to even capture unless the faction captures another planet.

If a faction has 2 or more planets, then the "last planet" marker will not even show up.

Every time I bring this up, people say that it will cause a 'server load' or 'lag'
Really?
