I though that once one faction won several times, the K'luth would rear thier heads and destroy everyone so that you could never actually win the final battle.

Best way to suck the fun out of any victory is to add K'luth .

K'Luth are only included in certain maps in the chain, mostly the latter maps.

scenario maps are based off the lore of this game, and not all of the fights were involed with the luth.

meh i prefered the old rotation were you would fight soon you would end up in siruis and kluth joined up in every battle, helps ensure no 1 faction can dominate scen with 3 fations, same as mv. but im not sure its based on lore i read the lore in history(on ds site above the ROC a lil) i dont think it mentions anything after luyten.

you get maps now with 'Luth as ai, but you cant play them. I've only seen two 'Luth maps. I'm not sure, but I believe that if the UGTO and ICC beat each other back repeatedly, it just loops and never progresses to a "luth stage. That is the way it seems to be.

Scens are light on 'Luth.

not sure why there woudnt want luth in scen , were gimped at building and low level ships arent as good as iccs and uggies got plat spam . i sense a certain bias around scen.

Luth are in scenario, but scenario follows the star systems and engagements according to the writen history. K'Luth wasn't in the writen history untill the skirmishes and war between UGTO and ICC were well underway.
So yes there are Luth maps. But scenario has a progressive map layout. so only after a few scenario's are finished will luth show up. (the faction that wins, determents the next map)

I am trying to dig up the map rotation but can't find it. when i get some extra time ill post it in here, unless another DEV is faster and posts it for me.

It would be nice if there is a log about the scenario appear at the end of each scen. It may tell all events happened (location, result, storyline). It will help the player understand the storyline.
Atm I'm playing random scenario and have no idea how the war developed until the current moment. It's just like a time-limited MV.

The scenario's are filled with text about that. But when I find some time I wil try to add those to the DS-DB.
