Ok this might seem liek a short post but! it is a big problem is 4.7mill packets Recived in game a little high because it seems high especially when im sending 30k

EDIT:I have a hunch if the Replication system sounds like it does then maybe that is makeing to many packets and its sending it to us witch is cloging our net and/or the amount of packets it is set to replicate is to high?

The amount of transmission in both ways seems very high to me :/
What was 30k packets, total sent packets or packets sent this second?

I have anywhere between 50-3000 packets sent a second, and 100-7500 packets received when my session is stable. Highest fidelity while lagging, ever, was about 80'000 packets a second, which I'm guessing is a miscount on part of the client.

Are you sure you're not reading the total packet size (ie, how many bytes you've received in total)?

I'm not sure if the server is capable of throwing out 4.7 million packets every second (or less) - that's A LOT of packets. You're most likely reading the bytes sent/received.
