is there a 1st come 1st served basis to the ship que because i just put in a ship and i'm wondering if res that i put in get's split between all ships in que or the one that was at the front

You should read the dev log... basicly it says that resources are split up evenly between the first 10 ships in que, ships not in the first 10 dont get res put towards them until they are in the list of the 10 ships left. Since resources are split even smaller ships will get done faster than bigger ships. that way somebody wanting a dreadnaught wont hold up the line for everyone else who want less costly ships.
