Hey I have a few questions is this game like allegance online with rooms or does it have servers that always run I appreciate any answers thanks

The servers always run.
You will find all the information you need by reading the Manual and reading through the various other Documents.

ya ive played allegiance before, in fact its on my desktop, i like this game better but i wish u had the 3D movement with the view of darkspace, then it would be great, but ive never like the investor idea with him giving access to bigger ships the planet idea is cooler, this game may be close to what im looking for but unless there is a 3D movement game along the lines of darkspace with a more realistic planet building where u can see the buildings. with the ability to assign fomations and all that. unless that happens ill never find the game im looking for but this is the closest ive found so far and if you keep playing untill u get a destoyer i starts to become really fun. just hold to it.

If your question was whether your stats are depended on which server you join then no, your stats universal and will carry between servers.
