ICC Special Forces Capture Earth, Luna, several other key planets
24 hours ago special forces of the ICC navy swept through the heart of UGTO territory, crippling key infrastructure in Barnards Star and continuing on into Sol to capture Earth, Luna, Mars, Venus, and Mercury. The UGTO navy was slow to respond but within 12 hours had recaptured all but Earth, Luna, and two minor outposts in Sol. ICC forces continue to stand off against the UGTO navy which has made repeated attempts to recapture the birthplace of humanity. It's most recent counter-attack resulted in the loss of 4 support stations to an ICC ambush. While ICC forces are fighting a difficult battle of attrition the move has succeeded in shifting the focus of the conflict into the Lacerta constellation.
The Office of the Chancellor has issued a statement, declaring the operation a success and commending all fleets that took part.
In response to the presence of ICC fleets in nearby space, several planets have reportedly revolted against UGTO rule. It is unclear what factions have caused these revolts, whether they be legitimate revolutionary groups or under the influence of piracy in UGTO space. Diplomatic envoys have been dispatched to beseech these planets to the join the Confederacy.

After several hours of combat, the UGTO army has successfully deployed onto the surface of Luna and retaken it. The battle has become a tense standoff between determined fleets on either side.
K'luth forces have also joined the fray, with some reportedly aligning themselves with ICC vessels in combat.
Casualties continue to mount on all sides. Bifrost Fleet Foundry is rushing to press several older vessels in its drydocks into service.

Reports confirm that UGTO has recaptured Earth. Pro-ICC sentiment on Earth was such that the Army resorted to door-to-door checks, and reportedly arrested any civilian found with any pro-ICC material in their possession. Ensuing riots and the UGTO response resulted in severe property damages on Earth. Engineering ships were seen in orbit around Earth, as testament to the damage endured.
ICC forces have retreated from the planetary systems in Lacerta but retain several deep-space outposts. The Chancellory has yet to issue any further statements regarding the offensive.
What evidence has been made public suggests that UGTO and ICC suffered immense casualties in protracted fighting throughout Lacerta. Sensor readings analyzed by the free press also indicate that the K'luth played a key role in the destruction of several vessels, primarily belonging to the UGTO. Leaked internal memos indicate the ICC and K'luth attempted to cooperate on several occasions during the day-long offensive with mixed success.
No press releases have originated from UGTO sources regarding these events. No official statements have as of yet been received from K'luth intermediaries.

U forgot the part about heavy icc casualties *included by being killed by an aggy* XD and by damaging infrastructure did u mean the last minute scraps you guys made when ever you lost a planet?
