Ive found a way to semi replicate a few bugs. It doesnt always happen, but often enough that I'll post it here. The bug reporting forum is gone, so move the thread to wherever it need be.
"orbit bug"
If you send your ship to a planet, hit orbit, and enter the sy before u actually come to a full orbit, then when you respawn, you get the "orbit bug" most times. While in f2, if you target another planet, and sometimes in normal view as well, it will automatically set orbit for that planet and try to jump.
To avoid this, 1) come to a full orbit before entering. 2) Cancel orbit before entering sy. Or 3) Re-sy if you get this bug and stop the jump in time.
"Gadget Reset Bug"
ON STATIONS.
Almost every time I swap a HMA for a wh device, after shipyarding, when I pull the station back out, I have a high success of repeating my gadgets all being reset to original. Not sure on the other ships.
I have a few more, but I'll write them up tomorrow. I had 4 in mind when I started and the other two escape me right at the moment.

i had a issue like that today with one of my stations after docking it jumping, the next time i spawned it i lost all changes to the ship and enhancements.
