first are fleets and clans the same? and how can you create a new fleet? coz i cant remember

Try the Fleet Link on the left side of the page to create a fleet.

Space remove your link! When you click it the site registers that you have logged in on your name allowing anyone to change you setting or reset your rank via that link.

Are there any restrictions to making a Fleet? Also does the tag automatically put itself in your name? Or do you put it in?

has to be accepted by an admin first for it to be added into the list of fleets. Made mine and had some join via looking at my profile before it was added to the list. Once that is done then the tag will start showing up and you will get access to the /sen clan and /sen clanadmin chat commands (/sen c for short).
