Hello.
If I try to play scenario universes, I often get this message when I try to join as UGTO:
SERVER: Team is not available or is full!
I always can join as ICC, but I can't play as ICC, since I am always an UGTO player...
What does it mean?

Quick Answer: The UGTO team has too many players in comparison to the ICC and joining them would only worsen the odds.
Reason: Unlike the MV, the scenario server is a "balanced server." Given the shorter duration of each instance, we try to keep the teams balanced to keep with the fast-paced combat motif. After all, playing with exhorably uneven odds isn't fun for anyone, whether you're in the majority or minority. In addition, I would suggest you broaden your horizons. No one truly knows what "player" they are until they have tried every faction.
