Ok just logged back into this accoutn after being away for sometime i know for it show your prestige you must be subbed and log into a server after losing ur sub. but i also know it use to still show the prestige for your indivduals such as kills and jump and everything else mine is all zero and all my medals are gone i had all the golds.....

Wrong account then. We don't delete or reset accounts.

I had the same problem, but it fixed itself after I logged in again.

for some reason, after the free to play was raised to 1st rear, individual stats were set to zero until you log in. Log in and your individual stat lines will show the real stats again. Your overall prestige will be capped at 1st rear though until you sub.
In other words, if you look on the rankings, your individual supply, kills, killed, etc will still rank were they truly are. However, your overall prestige will not show the real amount without a sub.

I did a find on his name, all the accounts under grand admiral thrawn are blank.
Try again Jack, with a better explination because it looks to me like the chap lost all his pres for no reason, whether or not it's policy, his stuff is still gone, and it should be investigated

No, it's accurate. If the account has 0 stats after logging into the server after the 1st rear update, then it's the wrong account. Players can reset their profiles, as can administators (although this is reserved for punishment, and in most cases, exploitation of the system).
As I see no history for your accounts (or any thrawn's), I can only guess that you're on the wrong account. If you changed your account name, then check those too (as we log both first names and current names for logins).

The account 'Aradroth' shows up under your email address. I suggest you try and remember what name you change your accounts to next time  .
To everyone else, I'd like to stress that we never delete or reset accounts (unless previously stated). Accounts do not go missing into a magic void, nor do they mysteriously reset.
Always remember your account names when/if you change them!

As additional information to this.
Remember your Created account name, this name gets reserved and bound to your profile.
You can use this unique name to log in to your account even when you changed the name.
Take my word for that, i only use the creation name to log into my accounts.
Saves the trouble for misspelling of ever name change i have made.
