unfortunately, untill shields can recharge faster by orbiting depots, the ICC will never have the same chances of farming in proc the way the swarms of MI are in there. but good luck i dont see the problem...
that is until other icc players feel the need to take advantage and cap more systems then your valient effort in diplomacy will go out the door....

next time you want to try something like this i suggest talking to a few kluth players first and let the dominant force in proc decide where your cluster will be ...

i cant speak for all the kluth players but im sure some wont let you keep the cluster until you can have an agreement made that a majority of our players will abide with...

however good luck and good hunting

ICC can do vary well against swarms of MI, in one crappy farm point I did get some MI comming after me. The planet I was orbing has 20 depots on it and I was point blank to the planet so all of them could be on me. No matter what the MI threw at me I lived, desync or not I lived. ICC Missle Dread and Support station work the best.

Ooooorrrr.... We could, oh i don't know? Fight other players.... Am I the only one who thinks the word "Farming" is a good reason to remove pres gain from AI?

I farm when I'm watching my son or doing things that I might have to leave on the spot and don't wish to risk my ship on.

Probably because its a complete 180 turn on what the game was many years ago when it had an active and stable community where gaining rank normally involved an active effort for whatever faction in scenario/metaverse you may have been on and also the option of farming generally encourages the absolute pacification of players who then rage every time someone encourages them to help defend planets (or is the one who kills them). Also, probably because it slightly alienates the older players who spent years ranking up versus the short period of time it takes to farm your way to the rank of your dreams.

The fact that you girls actively use the word 'farming' like its completely okay in this community is kind of depressing. I'm curious if it's really the active playerbase that's hurting the game and not the gameplay.
