Proc is USELESS if you arent K'luth. why?
A. only 1 farming spot and its K'luth
B. the other factions have few/no planets
Procyon should have multiple farming spots in all of the systems, and have the planets locked to a certain faction so UGTO, ICC and K'luth can ALL have farming spots, not just K'luth.

I ranted about this in a post regarding Rogen's Rift.
You will find the community is split on this issue and there is no consesus. If you can find people to be friendly with and help you cap some planets good luck.
But the rest of the community hates the idea, and will cap those planets back as soon as they can.

From a standpoint of fairness, this idea should be implemented.
On capping planets back:
thats why i said LOCK the planet's faction.

Do any of you know what a PvP game means? It means Player vs Player. Not Players hold hands and hug and play happy hug fest.
Don't have planets in a system? You get someone on your faction to come with you and you actually fight for what you want, instead of having it handed to you.

The first thing i noticed was that only kluth have the FARMING spot! Is this what Procyon is? an farming spot? If that is the case then yes that server is utterly completely useless!
And if you are actually complaining about the luth have all the planets, then do something about it instead of goin to the forum and whine. Bring a bomber and take em back!

The Whole idea of Proc is PvE.... not PvP.
Also, how am i meant to bomb it if ICC dont have a propper bomber? im not going in some Bomber dessy that a scout could pop in 2 seconds!
