Fixing interceptors? |

I mean, it would be nice to have interceptors fixed.
i reckon you should just launch them and then they hang around (a bit like a SRR except closer to you) waiting for a target in the category of a missile, mine, bomb or enemy fighter/bomber. Like it has configured its "e" button to target missiles, bombs, mines, fighters and bombers.
that would make planet defense alot easier if you could have a carrier on station, because a whole lot of interceptors could go around zapping up bombs

that would be great really, if it snot goign to happen just remove them, its useless space taken

Would be nice but that would have a major impact on the effectiveness of missiles/fighters etc and would require a good amount of work for the devs to balance.
If the devs decided to work on it that is great, but I wouldn't expect it.

The things work great individually, recharge faster than other fighters so you can target individual missiles and send them to intercept!

well, maybe to keep them balanced slow beam charge time?
i mean, having to individualy target is no use when you have missile swarms coming at you and 8 fighter bays to use..
