Titan is currently down. The cause is unknown, but rest assured it will be up as soon as possible.
I will update this post with updates (if/when I can) as to the progress of getting it restored.
As a precautionary measure, we have booted up the servers on Venus for the time being. Prestige gain, ranks, and badges are unaffected. Only storage and map progression are saved on a server.
What this change does means, is that the map will be wiped clean, and your storage may be reset; do not worry, we will attempt to restore Titan to its latest saved state, along with your storage and all your enhancements.
Apologies to all affected.

Titan is now back up and running. Server status as well as player storage have been returned. The error was caused by a faulty power cable; this has now been fixed and the server is back up.
Extended apologies to all affected by the server outage.
