I think he means that perhaps disbanding no longer works, or when you do they no longer count towards workers...

I'm sorry I should have reported it as a bug instead of jumping to conclusions. I was frustrated because ICCs only shipyard was short 30 inf earlier.
I cannot even disband infantry the button is gone and ctrl+x doesnt work either...

was there any patches between now and then or what cuz I saw no button and Ctrl+X didnt work unless this was some wierd bug that happened on my end somehow I'll go ingame to check
