Backslash is abusing his mod power for banning me.
he acuses me of sy abuse, which i was not doing.
ha acuses me of ignoring mod, well, i was a LITTLE busy holding off kluth stations, and the only message i saw was the BAN one.
is u want to get my attension, the dont use the LOBBY speak mod. casue guess what? I CANNT see them if im not in the lobby!
Give back my account or give me my money back!

ok here goes:
you were getting pumbled by me, vamp and sat, you sat at sy planet once you got to about 80 hull you docked and whiped out a fresh AD, that my friend is SY abuse....... so you FAIL.

When a moderator asks you if you understand what you're doing is against the game rules, you don't ignore a moderator for ten minutes (of which I contacted you via several /send's, not the lobby).
I pushed you (which does not go on your record), so I could get your attention and talk to you. All it does is removes you from the game system for two minutes.
Next time, don't abuse the game system.

No, here is how it was, There one only one SY left in the entire system. So of course im gonna spwn there, which is why ur and like 3 stations were camping it.
If i dont spwn there, i'd have to spwn at the transfer gate, what u want me to do, charge u with frigate???!
besides, none of u seem to have a problem with it, u certainly didn't say anyting to me.
u didn't try to get me attension, u didn't try to bomb off the SY, u didn't even blocade the planet.
so next time u decide to snitch, at least get ur facts straight first

Like i said, i got no warning message from u excep the ban one.
so i dont know where this " I ignored u for 10 min" comes from.
I only saw the other "do u understand" stuff AFTER u kick me in to the lobby. and then 10 sec later my IP gets baned.
I had relogin through my laptop to even post this message.
next time u want my attension, PM me or something, casue i can see ur lobby speak when im in the game
