Put simply, Palestar discourages the practice, as it violates the Terms of Service (password privacy and personal culpability), and will not take any actions with regards to people who engage in such activities, except in terms of standard functionality as provided by the game/ToS for password resets and account/billing issues.

Is it 100% money warrenty back? How many moded ship u got in garage? what faction last time u played? Do u have all platinium badges? is account in watch list? Are u gonna charge extra for each post u have sent on forum? What about friends list? Are u ignored by someone? How old is the account? Got beta tester badge? What prestige exactly have on that account? Howmany kills and killed? Is it a build or bomb GA accout?
I cant help you about the price as long as u dont specify those datas
