Reactivating old accounts ? |

Hey everyone,
well a few years ago i played this game alot and reached the rand of Vice Admiral(or the one next to top anyhow). I had them bif round spaceships(my memory is rusty).
Anyhow i cant remeber what e-mail had it registered under. So my questions are:
1) are old inactive accounts deleted after so long ?
2) is there another way to reactivate or locate my account ?
3) would you just give up and start over ?
I had so many medals and stuff it would be a shame having to start over.

Old accounts are generally not deleted.
If you remember the account name you used - and/or at least the email address you registered it with, an administrator might be able to suggest the account name.
We can't and won't simply turn over an account to you - but might direct you a little as to how to 'self-help' re-acquire it using the lost password link that emails your original email address.

If you still know the e-mail address that you used with the account and still have access to that e-mail.
