Reporting issues with the game is extremely subjective. I would suggest an alternative that is objective rather than the constant scrutiny evident from both players and staff, such as formalizing the topic. A standard form with mandatory entries should suffice, to the extent that it is clear and concise regarding reporting standards. Puts everyone on the same page to include both players and staff.
Suggestion: The staff provides a clear standard for reporting issues using a form requiring mandatory entries.
