i never got it and i haventy said any thing becaues i thought i would get it in time but now im just forgoting in my side of the lobby waiting for my paycheck so i can pay until then i would be not playing cause im unsubbed

Niether one of us got our free 14 day trial for...when the MV underwent maintenence.....i wrote a post about it in staff feedback but...they didnt bother to look....as its NEVER on the latest topics anymore

1st off it was a 7 day subscription
second off, yes they did.
perhaps you didn't get it for any of the following reasons?
1) You were unsubed when the servers went down
2) You didn't have a valid e-mail address
3) Your e-mail address blocked the e-mail

and i just realised that i have an MSN email.....but i also have 2 other accounts that have a yahoo email address those never made it either

The 7-day coupon was only sent to subscribers...
so unless all 3 of your accounts were subbed, then your out of luck... I'm more than glad to give you a coupon Goth if you were subbed at the time and didn't get yours.

What about me I sub then unsub to avoid geting charged when sub does actually go out untill I can afford to sub again for a large ammount of time.

I too never got mine. It is possible that it went into the junk mail folder (was using hotmail untill recentely) when i went on my 2 week trip to the UK. What was the date that you sent out the e-mails, so i can check my old hotmail account to see if it was archived in the inbox?

The server maintanence for which those 7-day coupons were issued was that 1st of March, it's now June. Being a couple months down the road, I think the train has long since left the station on that boat. It is improbable that any new coupons will be sent for it at this late date. As usual, billing issues should be posted in the billing forums (that's what they're for) or sent to billing@palestar.com
