So,
I figured i might subscribe again seeing as i'm to poor for eve right now and i go to pay by cash and find out that i would have to pay 13 bucks Canadian. That is a joke considering our dollar is worth more then the us dollar now so yeah no way i'm paying 13 when it should be even less then 9.99 lol. Sorry just had to tell someone here my story

Isn't their some kind of surcharge for moving money internationally? Or even getting your money converted?
Anywho, just wait a couple of months, i'm sure our economy will be that much more worser off.

You will find most of that is actually due to what PBC charge to use the service. If you were to pay by credit or debit card, you would get much more favorable rates.

*shrug* I dunno about that link but Foreign Currency Exchange, the company my bank uses for Foreign Currency (though you wouldn't know it from their name!) quotes Canadian Dollars at .96 USD.

I think the best exchange rate for DS I ever got was $10.00=£5.00 precisely.
