Every time I click on Forum from QCQL I get this: Sorry, the page you are trying to view is unavailable or restricted. And on top of that I have to log in on the Website With QCQL and I cannot Access Fleets list from GCQL have to do it via web interface... what is going on and what does this mean???

GCQL and the website aren't playing nicely and are currently on a time out.

GCQL buttons are broken for the time being - please use the website links only. All it is, is that the module and session id have been swapped around, and it seems the website doesn't like it.
