ok i am a bit irked. i posted a comp request the same style as Peter Wiggin's ( here - http://www.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=forums.php&page=/viewtopic.php?topic=41608&forum=38 ) and it gets denied... yet he posts two identical ones and they BOTH get approved? he shows no screenies or witnesses.... i do the same and i get denied while he gets approved? i got another example besides peter...Commanderhawk posts like mine and he gets comped? ( here - http://www.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=forums.php&page=/viewtopic.php?topic=41592&forum=38&1 ) why do they get comped, no screenies or witnesses posted, and they get theirs? and i get denied? can someone please explain?

they dont just look at the thread and decided based on that. they also check server logs if needed. there are lots of steps involved.

Which also explains why admins get grumpy when you make 10s of comp requests  .
